ORDER
PER: ATUL CHATURVEDI, MEMBER (TECHNICAL)
1. This Petition has been filed by Mr. Vinod Anand & Anr., the Petitioners, before this Tribunal under Section 241 read with Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2013 . The Prayers made in the present petition are as follows:
“a. To pass an order declaring the Board Meeting dated 18.04.2023 (Annexure 5-Pg.117) as oppressive, null and void; further holding EGM resolutions of 12.06.2023 (Annexure 2-Pg. 51) as null and void.
b. To penalize the Respondent 2 and Respondent 3 for their oppressive acts by removing them from the post of directorship.
c. To debar the Respondent 2 and 3 from carrying on any business activity in the other Companies (R5 & R6) formed with the same business object as that of R1 company.
d. To remove R4 from the R1 for his act of connivance and to punish him under sec.447 of companies act 2013.
e. To refer Respondent 4 & 7 for disciplinary action with ICSI f
