This application has been moved for the extension of Liquidation period by 6 months w.e.f., 18.11.2025 to 17.05.2026. Keeping in view the submissions made in the application, the Liquidation period is extended by 6 months w.e.f., 18.11.2025 to 17.05.2026. Accordingly, this application is allowed and disposed

of.

Counter not filed, despite being given sufficient time. It is stated by the Ld. Counsel for the Applicant that the Respondent No.2 in the garb of delay in filing of counter is trying to dispose of the property in question i.e., 1.36 Guntas situated at Rajapur Village, Rajapur Mandal, Mahboobnagar District, Telangana State bearing Sy Nos. 36/ /1,37/ ,37/ in favor of Korra Dharma vide ఇ అ ఆ Document No. 674 of 2023 registered at SRO Jadcherla, Mahboobnagar District, Telangana as described in Para No.5 of the Application. This property has been sold by the Promotor, Mr. Arun Kumar Agarwal of the CD to Respondent No.2 during liquidation process.

Therefore, there is substance in the contention of the Applicant that this property appears to be of the CD. Accordingly, the R2 is directed not to sell or create any encumbrance regarding the above said property and concerned Sub-Registrar is also directed not to register the said sale deed till further orders.

Ld. Counsel for the R2 is directed to file counter within 3 weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed by the Applicant
