2. The Ld. Counsels of both the parties were heard.

3. The instant application has been filed by Mr. Dipak Kumar Bose, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Applicant’ under Rule 11 of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016 to seek the following reliefs:

a) An order recalling the order dated 15th June, 2022 passed in RST.A.(COMPANIES ACT) 2/KB/2022 as the same was filed without any authorisation.
