ORDER

1. This Application IA 4048/2024 was filed on 23.07.2024 by Ms. Vandana Garg (Applicant), the Resolution Professional of Vilsons Roofing Product Private Limited under Section 19 (2) and Section 14 read with Section 74 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“Code”), seeking following reliefs:-

a) That this Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the Respondents to co-operate with the Applicant in accordance with section 19 of the Code;

b) That this Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to pass an Order directing the Respondents to disclose and handover all the physical and fixed assets of the Corporate Debtor;

c) That this Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to pass an order directing the Respondents to make good the amount of Rs.1,29,94,165/-(Rupees One Crore Twenty Nine Lakhs Ninety Four Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Five only) to the Corporate Debtor that has been withdrawn illegally and without any authority by the Respondents from the bank accounts of the Corporate Debtor;

d) That this Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to pass an order directing the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India to initiate action against the Respondents under section 74 (1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2
