The liquidator's partial acceptance of a claim due to lack of supporting documents is valid, affirming the need for proper evidence in disputed insolvency claims.
A delay in filing a claim can be condoned if justified reasons are shown, considering the circumstances surrounding the claimant's communication.
An operational creditor must substantiate claims with adequate evidence; interest claims without proper documentation are not viable under the Insolvency Code.
