ORDER

IA/80/2026: - This IA has been filed by the RP against two Respondents. Respondent No. 1 being Office/Assistant of Deputy Commissioner of Central Tax and SBI Nanded Branch as Respondent No. 2. Ld. Counsel for the Applicant herein submits that the Corporate Debtor has a current account in State Bank of India, Nanded which has been attached prior to the CIRP. In this case CIRP was initiated on 14.10.2025, whereas the lien on the current account of the CD has been put by the GST Department vide two separate notices dated 13.05.2025 and 09.09.2025, both of which are prior to the date of CIRP.
