1) Learned Counsel for the Appellant is present.

2) Heard Ld. Counsel for the Appellant for a considerable time and perused the Appeal.

3) This is an appeal filed by the Liquidator. There is delay of 39 days in filing the appeal and there is no justifiable reason put forth. The learned Counsel for the Liquidator appearing today seeks condonation of the delay.

4) This is only the Progress Report filed in January 2025 since then it is pending before removing the objections the Liquidator does not have any time to remove the objections from fee and therefore, imposition to costs could be justified.

5) It has not been disputed that the objections were duly notified by the Registry to the Appellant, however, in spite of that there was total inaction on
