ORDER
1. The present Petition has been filed under sections 241, 242 and 244 of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”).
2. The facts of the case as stated in the Petition are as under:
i) The Petitioner is a Shareholder of Respondents No.1 i.e. M/s OJAS Medical Services Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'OJAS/Respondents No.1') and holds 14,00,000 equity shares, which represent 13.33% of the issued and paid-up share capital. The Petitioner has been the Director of Respondents No.1, since its inception w.e.f 30.06.2015. True copies of the Shares Certificates issued in favour of the Petitioner in proof of his holding 14,00,00
