2) Perused the Appeal filed by the Appellant and note sheet tendered by the Registry.

3) After perusal of an Appeal, it has been noticed that the main Petition has been filed under Section 95 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, which was filed long back in the year 2025 and since then, it is pending for removal of objections, such as, (i) Complete Petition is not uploaded; (ii) total claim amount is not mentioned. Objections were duly notified by the Registry to the Appellant via Email, but, objections were not removed. It is not in dispute that the objections were duly notified by the Registry to the Appellant, however, in spite of that there was total inaction on t
