ORDER

1. I.A (IBC) No. 394 of 2025 is filed by SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited Limited seeking condonation the delay of 810 days (as on 17.02.2025) in filing the set aside petition for setting aside of the ex-parte order of this Hon'ble tribunal in I.A. No. 126 /2021 in CP(IB) 184/2019 dated 31.10.2022.

2. I.A (IBC) No. 395 of 2025 is filed by SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited Limited seeking set aside of the ex-parte order dated 31.10.2022 passed in I.A. No. 126/2021 in CP(IB) 184/2019.

3. Both I.A. No. 394 of 2025 and I.A. No. 395 of 2025 are taken up together for consideration and disposal, as they are between the same parties, interlinked, arise out of the same set of facts, and involve similar pleadings.

4. Application

i) Respondent No. 1 had filed I.A. No. 126 of 2021 under Section 25 (2)(j) read with Section 43 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), seeking avoidance of alleged preferential transactions entered into by M/s. Meenakshi Energy Limited (Corporate Debtor/CD) with the Applicant during the period from 07.11.2018 to 07.11.2019.

ii) It is submitted that pursuant to the Transaction Audit Report dated 04.03.2021, Respondent No. 1 filed I.A. No. 126 of 202
