O R D E R
1. The present Application, filed on 21.04.2025, under Section 60(5) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 read with Rule 11 of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules 2016, by Ms. Jayshree Agrawal (the 'Applicant'), against the Respondent/ Resolution Professional (RP) of M/s JSM Devcons India Private Limited (the ‘Corporate Debtor’), for seeking directions as given below:
a. The present application of the applicant may kindly be allowed.
b. The Resolution Professional may kindly be directed to explain reasons of arbitrarily reducing the admitted claim of applicant from 46 lacs to Rs 28 lacs then to Rs 18 lacs.
c. The Resolution Professional may kindly be directed to provide reasons for not admitting interest @8% p.a. of approx. Rs 18,59,253 which was duly admitted by previous RP in pursuance of regulation 16A(7) of Insolvency And Bankruptcy Board Of India (Insolvency Resolution Process For Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
