1. This Application has been filed by Jyotsna Sanghi (“the Applicant”)

under section 241 and 242 of the Company’s Act, 2013, along with Rule

11 of the NCLT Rules, 2016, seeking relief against the continuous act of

oppression and mismanagement conducted by Respondent family

members and engaging in groupism to outset the applicant from the

family business. Allegations include groupism, exclusion,

mismanagement of affairs, and prejudicial conduct impacting minority

rights

2. That the brief facts of the case are that the petitioner seeks interim reliefs,

including, Tribunal record of a management dispute with the ROC,

Maintenance of status quo to prevent her disqualification as Director.
