O R D E R
(Hearing Conducted through VC)
1. This Petition has been filed by McGraw Hill Education Private Limited under Section 66 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 , seeking reliefs as follows;
(i) That the reduction of capital resolved on by the Special. Resolution set out in paragraph 8 above be confirmed effective from date of the Special Resolution;
(ii) That while confirming the proposed reduction of Share Capital, it be directed that the formality of adding the words "AND REDUCED" to the name of the Company be dispensed with;
(iii) That to this end all directions necessary and proper be made and given;
(iv) That the proposed minute be approved; and (v) That such further or other order be made in the premises as to the Tribunal shall deem fit.
