O R D E R
1. The present application has been filed under Rule 11 of the NCLT, Rules, 2016, seeking the following reliefs: -
(i) Appoint a Special Officer to manage and regulate the day to day affairs of the 4th Respondent Company.
(ii) direct Respondents 1 to 3 to hand over the possession and administration of the Hotel by name "VENTURAA to the Special Officer and refrain from interfering with the affairs of the Hotel and its operations.
(iii) direct Respondents 1 to 3 to hand over custody of the following to the Special Officer forthwith
a. cashbook
b. Ledger
c. Bank Ledger
d. Register of Fixed Assets and Invent
