1. Adv. Mily Ghoshal, a/w Adv. Sophia Hussain for the Liquidator/Applicant in IA 54 of 2026, IA 53 of 2026 & IA 52 of 2026, Adv. Sharanya Sahadevan i/b. Vashi and Vashi for Respondent no. 3 are present.
2. This is Company Application has filed by Mr. Manish Shah, Liquidator, under Section 288 (l) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules, 2016 to place on record the quarterly progress report u/s 288(1) of the Act for the period 1st November, 2025 to 31st January, 2026.
The same is taken on record.
3. In terms of above, the COMP.APPL/53(MB)2026 is allowed and disposed of COMP.APPL/ 52(MB)2026
1. This is a Company Application filed by Mr. Manish Shah, Liquidator under Section 282 (1), seeking following reliefs:-
a. To allow the present Company Application.
b. To revise the time limit fixed for the Liquidation Process with an extension of a period of Twelve months, to the Liquidation Process of Comproind Private Limited resulting the Liquidation Process i.e., from 06.02.2026 to 06.02.2027 as per 282 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013 for the completion of the Liquidation Process of the Company.
c. To condone a delay of 14 days in filing of the present Company Application.
d. Any other relief as deemed by this Tribunal.
2. The present Application under Section 282 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013 seeking the revision of the fixed time limit of the Liquidation Process with an extension of a period of Twelve months to the Liquidation Process of Comproind Private Limited resulting the Liquidation Process to expire on
06.02.2027.

The Applicant submits that the above captioned Company Petition was filed by the Petitioner qua one of the Shareholders and Director of the Company seeking the initiation of the Winding-up Process of the Company under Section 271(e) read with Section 272(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and the same was allowed by this Tribunal vide an Order dated 04.10.2024 to wind up the affairs with immediate effect wherein the Applicant was appointed as the Liquidator of the Company.

The Applicant submits that the Applicant had issued public advertisement in compliance to Rule 20 in Form WIN 14 and Rule 100 in Form WIN 43 on 21.11.2024 and 11.12.2024 respectively in the Free Press Journal and Navshakti intimating the Order of Winding-up dated 04.10.2024 passed by this Tribunal and subsequently the inviting the creditors of the Petitioner Company.

The Applicant submits that pursuant to the said advertisement the Applicant has received claims from unsecured financial creditors and operational creditors amounting to Rs. 63,08,487.84 (Rupees Sixty Three Lakhs Eight Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Seven and Eighty-Four Paise only) which were admitted. Further the Applicant submits that there are no secured financial creditors of the Company.
6. The Applicant submits that the Applicant filed a Company Application bearing number COMP.APP/59/2025 under the Companies Act, 2013 seeking the constitution of the Winding up Committee as per the Section 277 (4) of the Companies Act, 2013 and the same was allowed vide an Order dated 24.02.2025.
7. The Applicant submits that the Applicant filed a Company Application COMP.APPL/218(MB)/2025 to place on record the Report filed by the Applicant under Section 281 and 282 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 25 of the Company Rules, 2000 and for fixation of the time limit for completion of the Liquidation Process and the same was allowed
