a. That the reduction of capital resolved on by the special resolution set out in paragraph. 13 above be confirmed;

b. That to this end all directions necessary and proper be made and given;

2. Main objects of the Company as set out in the Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, are briefly reproduced as under;
