1) Mr. Parth Chaurasia, Ld. Counsel for the Applicant is present.

2) The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the

Applicant/Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor, seeking extension of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process

period by 90 days.

3) The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of the

Corporate Debtor was commenced pursuant to an order dated 15.09.2025 passed by this Tribunal and Mr. Kunal Jayant Waje was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional, which was

replaced later on by Mr. Ritesh R. Mahajan as the Resolution

Professional of the Corporate Debtor.

4) It is submitted that 180 days period of Corporate Insolvency

Resolution Process has expired on 14.03.2026. It is averred in the Application that after taking over the charge by the Resolution Professional, the Applicant issued FORM G on 03.01.2026, inviting Expression of Interests (EoIs) and the last date for submission of

EoIs were 19.01.2026.

5) It is further stated that in the 5th Meeting of Committee of Creditors

(CoC), the Applicant informed the CoC that “the 180 days was expiring on 14th March, 2026 and as per the current timelines the last date for submission of the Resolution Plans would be expiring on 16th March, 2026, an extension would be required to continue the CIRP process. Therefore, the Applicant requested the CoC members to pass the resolution for extension of the CIRP period of the Corporate Debtor by further 90

(ninety) days., i.e., from 15th March,2026 to 12th June,2026”.

6) It is stated that the CoC in their 5th Meeting approved the extension

of time in CIRP BY 90 days. Relevant Resolution are quoted below

for the ready reference:

7) Hence, this Application. Heard Ld. Counsel for the Applicant for

the considerable time and perused the material available on record.

8) Having gone through the averments made in the present

Interlocutory Application, this Bench is satisfied and is of the considered view that the present Interlocutory Application is in consonance with Section 12(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and the same is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, the same is allowed, thereby extending the period of CIRP by further period of 90 days w.e.f. 15.03.2025. Now in the normal course, the

CIRP period will come to an end on 12.06.2026.

9) Resolution Professional shall make best and dedicated efforts to

complete the CIRP within the extended time and shall file and place

on record quarterly progress Report as and if required under the relevant regulations, thereby apprising the Bench about the current stage of the CIR Process and the steps taken by the Resolution

Professional within such period.

10) With the aforesaid observations and directions, the

Interlocutory Application bearing IA No. 1304 of 2026, is disposed

of as Allowed.
