3) The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of the Corporate Debtor was commenced pursuant to an order dated 15.09.2025 passed by this Tribunal and Mr. Kunal Jayant Waje was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional, which was replaced later on by Mr. Ritesh R.
