Judgement

1. The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by CA DEEPAK PATWARY, Partner of M/s D. Patwary Co., Chartered Accountants, having its registered office at: 1st Floor, Master Enclave, Christian Basti, Udayachal Path, Behind Petrol Pump, Guwahati, Assam-781005, who is the Respondent No. 7 in the main Company Petition, before this Tribunal under Rules 11 of the NCLT Rules, 2016 and in the matter of Section 241 and 242 read with Section 59 of the Companies Act, 2013, seeking the following reliefs:

a) Delete the Name of the Respondent No. 7 from the array of the parties as mentioned in the Company Petition No. 3/GB/2025.

b) Pass any other or further order as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstance of the case.
