1. The present application is filed by Mr. Santosh Bhatia, Applicant/Liquidator, Liquidator of M/s. MBS Impex Private Limited²Corporate debtor/CD, under Section 60(5) read with Section 35 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code³Code, 2016, 2016 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations, Liquidation Regulations, 2016, against the Respondents, inter alia, seeking for the following relief:
