ORDER

1. This original application has been registered suo motu on the basis of the news item.

2. The Tribunal by order dated 11.03.2024 taking note of the fact that the violation relates to Kishanganj range area of Bihar had impleaded the concerned authorities of Bihar and transferred the matter to the Eastern Zonal Bench of the Tribunal.

3. The orders dated 10.05.2024 and 23.07.2024 passed by the Eastern Zonal Bench reflect that the Kishanganj area to which the subject matter of the present OA does not relate to Kishanganj District of Bihar and does not fall within the jurisdiction of the Eastern Zonal Bench of the Tribunal, but the subject matter relates to Kishanganj Tehsil, Baran District of Rajasthan.

4. In view of the above, we substitute the order dated 11.03.2024 with the following order:

1. This original application is registered suo motu on the basis of the news item titled "avaidh khanan par karyavai jaari 220 ton bajari ka dher uthaya, 90 trolly avaidh patthar jabt kiya"

appearing in ‘Patrika’ dated 25.01.2024.
