The present Original Application has been filed by the Applicants alleging that the Respondent No.11, Siksha O Anusandhan University, has applied for grant of Environmental Clearance for a project which has a proposed built-up area of 89,712.23 square meters and though the application for grant of Environmental Clearance is still pending and has not yet been granted, the Respondent No.11 has commenced making constructions.
