1. This is an interlocutory application filed by the Original Applicant to implead the Block Development Officer, Tiruppur Panchayat Union as additional 4th Respondent, as they are the supervisory authority of the implementation of the Waste Management Rules in panchayat areas. So, the interlocutory application is allowed and the Block Development Officer, Tiruppur Panchayat Union, Tiruppur Panchayat Union Office, Court Street, Kumaran Road, Tiruppur – 641 601 is impleaded as additional 4^th Respondent and I.A. No.19 of 2022 (SZ) is disposed of accordingly

2. The Registry is directed to carry out amendment in the cause title. The applicant is directed to produce the amended copy of the Original Application within three days.

3. Additional 4th Respondent is impleaded as per order in I.A. No.19/2022 (SZ).
