ORDER

1. In this Original Application, applicant had raised the grievance about unregulated and unscientific dumping of municipal solid waste and construction & demolition waste in Khasra Nos. 127, 157 and 164 by Respondent No. 3, Nagar Parishad of Palwal in Village Patti Hodal. It was alleged that the above area was completely converted into a huge dumping zone by Respondent No. 3 and that said dumping zone was very close to the village and two rice mills which were situated at the boundary wall of dumping zone. Such unscientific dumping had given rise to catastrophic consequences like air pollution, water pollution, land pollution and soil pollution resulting into harmful health hazards to nearby villages.

2. Considering the grievance raised in the OA, the Tribunal by order dated 28.07.2023 had constituted a joint Committee by directing as under:
