ORDER
1. Grievance in this application is against operation of DSY Eint Udyog at Village Gauna Sehwanpur, Tehsil Khekada, P.S. Chandinagar, District Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. It is stated that the brick kiln is being operated in violation of environmental norms. It is located within 200 meters from the village and is using prohibited fuel, like rubber. Many people have died of cancer. The brick kiln does not have any permission from the Mining Department. It is also within 250 meters from a temple. 2. We have considered the matter. Since this Tribunal has already directed remedial action against operation of brick kilns in NCR,not complying with the prescribed norms and in excess of carrying capacity, vide order dated 17.02.2021 in O.A. No. 1016/2019, Utkarsh Panwar v. Central Pollution Control Board & Ors., this matter can be dealt with in terms of the said order. Operative part of the order is as follows:
