1. The above application was filed by the applicant on the allegation that on account of the operation of Respondents No.3 & 4 units, large scale air, sound, soil and water pollution are being caused in East and West Godavari Districts.

2. The units are engaged in natural gas manufacturing and distribution of the same. They have not provided necessary pollution control mechanism to check the probable pollution that is likely to be caused on account of their activities. The units are involved in lot of environmental degradation activities like discharging polluted water into the sea, water bodies and open land, causing gas leakage due to not providing necessary leakage detection system and conducti
