ORDER

1. This order will dispose of the above two Appeals filed by the common appellant as both appeals arising from same proceedings and only difference is scope of two orders which are impugned. Appeal no. 18/2021 is against order of the Maharashtra State PCB dated 29.01.2021 ordering closure under Sections 33A of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and 31A of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management, Handling and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 on account of non- compliance of norms. Appeal No. 19/2021 is against order of the State PCB dated 09.03.2021 under Sections 33A of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and 31A of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and the Section 5 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, permitting restart of manufacturing activities subject to compliance of conditions.

2. We have heard Learned Counsel for the appellant and perused the documents to which our attention has been drawn.
