ORDER
1. The appellant applied for permission and issue of NOC for extraction of groundwater and the application was rejected, vide order dated 01.08.2024 on the ground of non-fulfilment of the criteria document as per Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) guidelines and SoP.
2. Further, when the formalities was completed, then vide order dated29.01.2024, the CGWA respondent rejected the application on the ground that the amount of environmental compensation on account of illegal withdrawal of water from 24.09.2020 to 13.10.2022 has not be
