By this common order, we shall dispose of the above four cases mentioned in the Appeal No. 60 of 2013, as common questions of law based on somewhat similar facts arise for consideration of the Tribunal in these cases. The Appellant/Applicant in all these appeal/applications had approached the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi by invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India in the year 2009 and all these writ petitions came to be transferred to this Tribunal vide order dated 16 th April, 2013 passed by the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in terms of the judgement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Bhopal Gas Peedith Mahila Udyog Sangathan & Ors. vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 9 th August, 2012.
