ORDER
1. State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) Rajasthan vide order dated 06.07.2023 considered the proposal for grant of environmental clearance for common waste management facility and communicated the project proponent the environmental clearance order.
Aggrieved by the order the appellant has challenged the EC .
2. The notices were issued to the respondent to submit the reply. In compliance thereof the respondent have submitted the reply. We have heard the Learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. The brief fact giving rise to the present appeal are that National Federation of Farmer s Procurement Processing and Retailing Cooperative of India Ltd., applied for integrated MSW processing plant (Sanitary Land Fill Facility) by NACOF, having MSW plant capacity :
