ORDER
1. This Original Application (hereinafter referred to as ‘O.A’) under Section 14 & 15 of National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as ‘ NGT Act, 2010 ’) was registered in exercise of suo-moto jurisdiction in view of law laid down in (2022) 13 SCC 401 in Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai v. Ankita Singha & Ors. on a letter petition dated 11.07.2023 sent by Dr. Sanjay Kulsheshtra, a Senior Consultant, Pediatric Surgeon, R/o 1/171 Delhi Gate, Agra, stating that water from submersible pump is coming, mixed with sewage, causing serious threat to wide spread sewage/fecal borne diseases in large area of city of Agra.
