1. The applicants- residents/owners of houses/plots of Lakewood City, a residential colony, situated in Sector-39, Village Lakkarpur, Faridabad have filed the present Original Application under Section 14 read with Section 15 , 17 and 18 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 seeking the following reliefs :-
