ORDER
1. The applicant-Jaymala Dhankikar, BJP Member and Social Worker, NIBM Annexe, Mohammadwadi, Pune, Nanded, Maharashtra, has made the present complaint dated 06.02.2025 to this Tribunal on public grievances portal which has been treated and registered as Original Application No. 332/2025 for exercise of suo motu jurisdiction.
2. The relevant part of the original application enumerating grievances of the applicant is reproduced as follows:- “Subject: Urgent Need to Address Godavari River Pollution in Nanded X X X X I am writing to bring to your attention a grave environmental concern that requires immediate action. The entire drainage, filth, and toxic waste from Nanded is being discharged into the Godavari river at Nava Ghat, causing severe pollution and health hazards to the riverside residents.
