ORDER
1. All these appeals are being disposed of by this common order as the issues involved therein and the grounds raised while assailing the impugned Environmental Clearances are identical.
2. By filing these appeals, the appellants have challenged the Environmental Clearances (ECs) dated 02.02.2024, 06.02.2024, 07.02.2024 and 08.02.2024, issued by respondent No.2 – State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra in favour of respondent No.4 – Project Proponent in respective appeals for the project, details of which have been mentioned in respective ECs, annexed to each of these appeals, mainly on the ground that on the date when the impugned ECs have been granted, SEIAA was not in o
