1. This is an appeal filed by the Appellant/Project Proponent, M/s. KGISL Technologies & Infrastructures Private Limited, challenging the impugned communication dated 12.01.2024 issued by Respondent No.1 – State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Tamil Nadu (vide Letter No. SEIAA-TN/F.No.372/2023), whereby the Appellant was directed to furnish certain information as specified therein.

2. The said communication was received by the appellant on 20.02.2024 and the present appeal was filed on 19.03.2023 i.e. within the period of limitation.

3. It is prayed in the appeal memorandum that,
