ORDERS IN CHAMBER
1. We are passing this order in continuation to the earlier orders dated 15.04.2025 and 17.04.2025.
2. In compliance with our previous order dated 17.04.2025, Respondent No.3- Forest Department, Government of Maharashtra has filed reply affidavit dated 19.06.2025, in which following facts are contained:-

I say and submit that Kalsubai-Harishchandragad Wildlife Sanctuary situated in the Western Ghats of Maharashtra, is one of the most ecologically diverse and scenically captivating protected areas in the state. Notified in 25th February 1986, the sanctuary spans over an area of 361.71 sq. km. encompassing parts of Akole taluka Ahilyanagar (erstwhile Ahmednagar) district.
