ORDER
1. The applicant-Mr. Jot Singh Bist, Adhyaksh, Gram Vikas Samiti Utyasu (Jawadi) Bhardar, District Rudraprayag, State of Uttarakhand has sent to this Tribunal a letter petition dated 10.08.2023 which has been treated and registered as Original Application No. 44/2024 for exercise of suo-moto jurisdiction under Sections 14 and 15 of National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 .
2. The applicant has raised grievances about dumping of muck by Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) on a Chopra Gadera without obtaining statutory permissions/NOC/Clearance from the concerned authorities and thereby damaging environment.
