ORDER

1. The grievance of the applicant is inaction on the part of the Respondent no. 11 in handling, treatment and disposal of fly ash waste generated by Moser Baer Thermal Power Plant Anuppur (Madhya Pradesh). Anuppur Thermal Power project is coal based thermal power project in Anuppur district of Madhya Pradesh. The project is located in Laharpur Murra, Gwari, Belia and Jethari villages situated in Jithari and Anuppur Tehsil of Anuppur district of Madhya Pradesh and it is alleged that guidelines of disposal of fly ash have not been followed by the Respondent no. 11.

2. Applicants are aggrieved by ill effect of fly ash
