1. The aforementioned matters pertain to the failure to prevent the felling/translocation of the Banyan Trees, as well as the subversion of the process for evaluating the environmental impact of the project, in violation of the EIA Notification, 2006. Therefore, we are passing a common order to address these issues comprehensively.
2. The reliefs sought for by the applicants in the above applications are as follows: O.A. No. 262 of 2024(SZ):
