ORDER
1. We are passing this order in continuation to the earlier orders dated 30.01.2024, 19.02.2024, 29.08.2024, 16.01.2025 and 02.06.2025.
2. The present appeal has been filed with the prayer to set aside the order dated 30.11.2023 passed by Respondent No.1 – GCZMA, which is annexed as Annexure-‘A’ at page nos.21 to 25 of the paper book, whereby discharging the Show-Cause Notice dated 21.03.2023 issued against Respondent No.2– the Tenants Association of Morombi O Grande Merces Goa, in which Respondent No.2 was directed to show cause as to why a direction to demolish the structures (i.e. Repair/construction of bund in Sy. No.69/1, 77/0, 63/1, 61/1 of Morambi-O-Grand of Tiswadi, Goa) and to restore the land to its original condition be not issued against them.
3. It is submitted in the present appeal that the site in question falls in Khazan land, which is affected by Mangrove Buffer Zone and is also ecologically sensitive area, which is falling in CR
