ORDER
1. We are passing this order in continuation to the earlier orders dated 23.06.2025, 20.08.2025, 12.09.2025, 13.02.2026, 25.03.2026 and 07.04.2026.
2. Learned counsel Mr. Maulik Nanavati, appearing for Respondent No.2- SEIAA, has submitted that as per the earlier order dated 25.03.2026 passed by this Tribunal, demarcation done by the District Inspector Land Records (DILR) was to be got verified as regards the distance of the lease area from the forest boundary. In compliance with the same, the said verification has been done. In this regard, he has drawn our attention to the communication dated 24.09.2025 made by the Deputy Forest Officer, Morbi Forest Department, Morbi addressed to the appellant herein, which is annexed from page nos.701 to 703 of the paper book, wherein following is recorded:-
