ORDER

1. Interlocutory Application No. 50/2026/EZ has been filed by the applicant for taking on record the amended Original Application, in compliance of orders dated 20.01.2026 and 27.03.2026 passed by this Tribunal, deleting respondent no.2 from the array of respondents and removing all pleadings related to respondent no.2.

2. I.A. No. 50/2026/EZ is not opposed. In view of the reasons mentioned I.A. No. 50/2026/EZ is allowed.

3. Amended O.A. is taken on record and the Registry is directed to attach it at the appropriate place.

4. I.A. No. 34/2026/EZ was filed by respondent no.1 for dismissal of O.A. No. 07/2026/EZ in limine for non-compliance of Rules 14 and 16 (7) of the National Green Tribunal (Practices and Procedure) Rules, 2011.

5. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 has conceded that in view of the amendment of the Original Application, I.A. No. 34/2026/EZ has become infructuous.

6. I.A. No. 34/2026/EZ is disposed of accordingly as having become infructuous.

7. Rejoinder dated 27.06.2026 to the counter affidavit filed by respondent no.1 has been filed by the applicant; Rejoinder dated 02.04.2026 to the counter affidavit filed by respondent no.6 has been filed by the applicant; reply affidavit dated 05.05.2026 has been filed by respondent no.3 and written statement dated 27.04.2026 has been filed by respondent no.1 which are taken on record.

8. Vide order dated 27.03.2026, respondents no.4 and 5 were granted opportunity to file their responses within four weeks.

9. However, responses have not been filed by respondents no.4 and 5 and learned counsel representing them seek some more time for filing of their responses.

10. Responses by respondents no. 4 and 5 may be filed within four weeks.

11. List on 01.09.2026 for further hearing.
