Mr. Dash, learned counsel for Odisha State Bar Council-Opposite Party No.1 is present.
3. Petitioner, in this writ petition, seeks to set aside the letter No.2906/12 dated 15th May, 2012 (Annexure-4) of the Odisha State Bar Council, Cuttack, whereby the following decision of the Enrolment Committee was communicated to him. The resolution reads thus:-“The application of Sri Deepak Kumar Patra is considered for enrolment. On verification of the certificates, it is found that, Mr. Patra has completed LL.B. Degree in 2005 from Vivekananda Law College, Angul, an un-approved Law College of Bar Council of India. He has taken admission in the college during the Session 1999 to 2002. Therefore, he is not coming under the purview of Bar Council of India Cir. No.04/dt.
