Both the spouses have preferred the above two separate revisions challenging the same impugned judgment dated 22.02.2024 passed by the learned Judge Family Court, Paralakhemundi in Criminal Proceeding No. 26 of 2022 directing the husband to pay a sum of Rs.12,000/- per month to the wife with effect from 04.08.2022 towards maintenance in an application U/S. 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ( in short the “Code”) filed by the wife.
