The petitioner is stated to be one of the

Managing Directors of M/s. Jay Jagannath Multi-

Mineral Private Limited, which is facing recovery

process under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 for the

outstanding liabilities in the defaulted account.

The prayer in the present writ petition is for

directing the Union Bank of India, Sahidnagar Branch,

Bhubaneswar for permitting the deposit of the entire

liability within a stipulated time.

At the outset, Mrs. Jena, learned counsel for the

petitioner does not press this writ petition in view of

the loan account having been already settled.

In view of the above, the writ petition is

dismissed as not pressed.
