of Cr.P.C. in connection with Dharmasala P.S. Case

No. 408 of 2018 corresponding to C.T. Spl. (POCSO)

Case No. 134 of 2018 pending in the file of learned

Sessions Judge –cum- Spl. Judge (FTSC), Jajpur for

alleged commission of offences under sections 376AB

of the Indian Penal Code and section 6 of POCSO Act.

In view of the age of the victim, who was eight

years at the time of occurrence and her 164 Cr.P.C.

statement in which she has implicated the petitioner
