Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to

opposite party no.3 to submit the proposal before the Controller of

accounts, the opposite party no.5 for opening of GPF Account within a

stipulated period.

As it appears, the grievance of the petitioners have been

recommended by the Director, Higher Secondary Education, Odisha,

Bhubaneswar to the Director Higher Education Department on

27.11.2020 under Annexure-4, which is still pending before the said

authority.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of

directing Opposite Party No.3 to take immediate step on the

recommendation made by the Director, Higher Secondary Education,

Odisha, Bhubaneswar under Annexure-4, if the same has not yet been

attended to, within a period of three months from the date of
