2. The present appeal has been preferred by the State challenging the judgment and order of acquittal dated 14.11.2002 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack in S.T. Case No.397 of 2000, Reason: Authentication Location: OHC, Cuttack Date: 20-Feb-2025 14:10:43 whereby the Respondent was acquitted of the charge under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860.
