This application under Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed challenging the judgment and order dated 20.06.2006 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 23 of 2003 by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bargarh confirming the conviction of the petitioners under Sections 326/34 of IPC
