01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Since these seven bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties.
3. These are the bail applications U/S.483 of BNS S by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Talcher PS Case No.142 of 2025 corresponding to GR Case No. 293 of 2025 pending in the file of learned SDJM, Talcher for commission of offence punishable Under Sections 310(2) of BNS , on the allegation of committing theft of structural material kept in the premises of Informant Company.

Heard, Mr. Biraja Prasad Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioners in BLAPL Nos. 5754, 5233 & 5757 of 2025, Mrs. Rajalaxmi Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioners in BLAPL Nos. 3137, 3141 & 3145 of 2025, Mr. Bharat Bhusan Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioner in BLAPL No. 5853 of 2025 and Mr. P. Satapathy, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record.
