Pursuant to order dated 03.07.2025, Mr. Manmaya Kumar Dash, learned Additional Standing Counsel obtain written instruction from the Land Acquisition Officer, Collector, Khordha vide Letter No. 1392 dated 8th August, 2025, relevant portion of the said written instruction are reproduced hereunder:-
“4. That, it is further revealed form available documents in LA Section, Collectorate Khordha that Collector Khordha has received a proposal from O/o The Superintending Engineer, Bhubaneswar (R&B) Division No. III, Bhubaneswar for convening of DLC for fixation of market value for private plots for an total area Ac 3.864 dec proposed to be acquired through direct purchase for the project “Construction of 4 of lane road from Institute of Mathematics to EKamra Kanan via Infocity from KM 5/700 to 7/640 (OERC)” in relation to Mouza Pathargadia vide letter no. 7731 dated 02.11.2023. The said proposal was returned due to discrepancies found in the proposal vide LAO Khordha letter
